Louise grew up in a small rural village in Central England
and takes much of her inspiration from the villages and surrounding countryside

She has developed over the years as a freelance artist
initially painting for commissions moving to painting specifically for galleries,
and also producing designs for greeting cards

In addition Louise has been commissioned for public art works including murals

In recent years she has begun teaching adults part time
and also working on special arts projects in schools with children

Louise shows a keen eye for detail and precision
and has developed her own style in watercolor
as the watercolors in the Dream Gallery show
