your details to anyone,
except to those parties involved in the payment and delivery of your order,
and of course as required by law if that ever happens.

When these orders are received by us, we will send you a 'confirm' e-mail

Please note that orders are not despatched until all order details

We take extreme care to ensure that the artwork reaches you in good
condition.
The original artwork (except for woodcut prints) is sent by 'International
Datapost' or an equivalent
to the U.S.A and Canada, and within the U.K 'Parcelforce' is used.
In the case of other countries, where this carrier is not an option for us,
we will use an equivalent carrier.
All artwork is sent by 'recorded delivery' where possible
In all cases, your signature is required on delivery
We always make sure that we have available to us the completed delivery
advice
to your address together with the signature
This protects both yourself and Dream gallery uk
P.O. box addresses cannot be accepted as a delivery
address,
since we cannot ensure delivery to you
As we take such care that artwork is packed in good condition,
if the package you receive is badly damaged then refuse delivery
and the package will be returned to us.
We will then contact you by e-mail or telephone and resolve the situation
If when you open the package the artwork is damaged,
please contact us immediately and hold on to the artwork and packing.
In the case of using 'International Datapost' for example,
they arrange for a representative to call.
All artwork is of course insured where possible.
We will of course be in touch by e-mail or telephone,
and between us decide what is best then to do.
We do try to get artwork to you as quickly as reasonably possible.
Examples of this are:
a) In the UK we aim to deliver within 5 working days of
payment being cleared
b) In the USA we aim to deliver within 7 working days of
payment being cleared
Delivery to other parts of the world obviously varies, but we can let you
know
when we despatch your order.
Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the company
management of 'Dream Gallery uk'
